- Going to a ticket vending machine at a Metrorail station.
- Visiting an EASY Card sales outlet.
- Visiting the Transit Service Center on the second level of the Government Center Metrorail station, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays observed in the United States.
